Which access number should I use in case I don't receive an SMS Message?

  1. From the login page, click "Access Numbers"
  2. Find your state or your local access area code and pick the same local number that you have. This will ensure a lower international rate
  3. If you don't find your exact area code, you can pick another access number with the closest area code to your county. Check with your local phone company as there may be extra charges depending on the plan you have. If you have unlimited calling plan on your mobile or home phone, then you can dial any local access number that's available for your state

What forms of payment is needed to open a Lock Pinless account?

  • You need a credit or debit card. Lock accepts Visa, MasterCard, or Discovery. When you are signing up for Lock Pinless, please make sure to enter the credit card information and billing address exactly as it is shown on your monthly bill

What is Auto Reload/Auto Recharge?

  • Your Lock Pinless account will be charged automatically once your balance is below a certain threshold that you specify. You don't have to worry about entering your credit card information every now and then, and you don't have to worry about running out of minutes to call your loved ones

  1. You may have previously saved your credit card's expiration date which has now expired
  2. The address you provided may be different from the address your credit card company has on file. How does Speed Dial work?

  1. Dial your access number
  2. When you are prompted to enter your destination number, simply click on 1 through 9 as registered on the speed dial list. For example: If 0115024578000 is #2 on your Speed Dial List, and if you wish to call this number, you will dial the access number first, then when prompted to enter the destination number you can simply press # follow by the number

How does the Refer/invite a friend work?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on "Refer friends/ family" on your account page
  3. Enter the phone number of the person you would like to invite
  4. If the person you invite signs up to lock for the first time (He/she is a first time user of LOCK Pinless service), then you will automatically receive $3 Free. You can invite/ refer up to 10 friends
